The service was great. We talked to a few people in their office from the front desk to a direct contact to go who provided our quote. They sent the quote via email, but actually created a video recording walking us through the details that we could watch when we were free. Showed up early and quickly fixed the problem with my water heater.  Turns out the water heater was fine. The problem was with the connection between the water heater and the electrical box.  Expensive? Yes, but are they not all expensive?  Very please and will call them next time I need an electrician.
