I really appreciated Straight Up Electrical's approach to estimates and job design. There are many ways to approach maintenance and they made it easy to understand the how and why they chose to do the job one way versus another. They were quick to offer their experience when explaining processes and suggest ideas when I didn't already have all the details laid out. As their company name suggests; they were forthcoming with their designs, ideas, and financing. I never doubted what I was spending my money on with them. They were very straight forward regarding their estimate and the video they made me detailing the job I hired them for helped explain any questions I might have had. I would highly recommend their company for their professionalism, prompt turn around time, and dedication to seeing the job thru the right way. Straight Up Electrical personel where great. From the office staff to the men explaining what would take place on our project.
